Redefining Workplace Support

Layer1™ Visual Sanctuary™

A brief, non-directive visual environment supporting psychological spaciousness.

Stillia’s first offering, Layer1™ Visual Sanctuary™, is a downloadable visual resource designed for walls, shared surfaces, and digital screens in high-stress work environments. Once placed, it functions on its own—offering an immediate, voluntary pause without requiring an appointment, sign-in, training, or leaving the workflow. Layer1™ is designed to complement, not replace, existing employee wellness and support resources.

Our Roots & Philosophy

Grounded in clinical chaplaincy, holistic support, and humanistic philosophy.

Founded by a clinical chaplain, Stillia begins with a simple belief: those who care for others also need accessible space to hold themselves.

A Note from the Founder: A Journey to Wholeness

For years, I worked in high-stress acute and critical care settings as a pastor and clinical chaplain. There, I witnessed how organizational pressure can overlook the human element, often treating self-care as an individual responsibility rather than a shared concern.

Navigating secondary trauma led me to a central insight: resilience is not simply the ability to endure more. People also need accessible space to pause, reconnect with themselves, and move from the constant demands of doing toward a more grounded sense of being. From this realization, Stillia was born.

Grounded in clinical chaplaincy and the Korean ethos of Hongik Ingan—a commitment to benefiting humanity—Stillia regards working professionals as “living human documents,” not merely organizational metrics. Through the Layer Series, we create non-directive resources that honor the inner life and support psychological spaciousness within high-stress environments.

Visible Support, Available in the Moment

Complementing existing wellness resources without adding another task.

Many workplace wellness resources require time, advance planning, instructions, sign-in, or leaving the immediate work environment. In high-stress settings, those requirements can create an accessibility gap precisely when staff have the least capacity to engage.

Layer1™ offers a low-friction point of access within the environment itself. Its purpose is modest and immediate: to make a brief, non-directive pause visibly available during the workday.

Bring Stillia to Your Organization

Introduce a Visual Sanctuary™ within your shared and digital environments.

Stillia offers Layer1™ resources for healthcare, workplace, education, and other high-stress settings. Organizations may place the licensed visual on walls and shared surfaces, display it on digital screens, or integrate it into an employee portal. An optional QR code may also provide access from personal devices.

Once introduced, Layer1™ requires no ongoing staff facilitation. The organization determines the appropriate placement and display format for its environment.

Limited Conceptual Pilot Opportunities

Stillia offers limited pilot opportunities for organizations interested in exploring Layer1™ within their environment. A pilot is designed to examine feasibility, staff reception, perceived immediate value, and operational fit. It is not intended to measure clinical outcomes, productivity, or stress reduction.

Organizational Licensing

An organizational license permits approved use of Layer1™ across designated physical and digital spaces. Licensing scope, display formats, optional QR access, and organizational branding may be discussed according to the setting and intended use.
